About the Sales Engineer position

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Splunk Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.

Sales Engineer responsibilities are:

  • Supporting sales executives with solution selling into prospect account

  • Partnering with sales executives to execute strategic deals

  • Collecting competitive intelligence

  • Creating superb presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

  • Managing all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses

  • Effectively communicating client needs to the R&D teams

Sales Engineer requirements are:

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer

  • Being familiar with the platforms associated with this line of work

  • Excellent creativity and presentation skills

  • Being able to forge long-lasting relationships with executives

  • Superb communication skills

  • Record of selling complex enterprise solutions

  • BA/BSc or Asc degree in Marketing, Business or related field with numeracy base
