Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently employed full-time and are looking to take on additional work on the side. The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates to help meet our staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Evaluation
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Interview Coordination
- Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide candidates with relevant information about the role and interview process.
Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback and updates.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
