The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving their sales goals to facilitate our growth targets. Duties in this position include, but are not limited to:
- Acquire new accounts through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships
- The discipline to do what it takes to meet pipeline goals
- Qualify opportunities to determine scope and viability
- Coordinate with Sales Engineer Resources
- Identify prospect security and technical requirements
- Work with the internal team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customer
- Provide implementation team with documentation for successful onboarding of clients
- Forge relationships with partner sales reps to facilitate intros to clients.
- Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospect, and partner sites
- Handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences and proactively communicating with prospects and customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Develop and follow a behavior-based sales plan that is reviewed weekly
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Proven 2+ years track record of selling managed IT and/or security solutions
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional presentation skills
- Self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player
- Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Must possess a high degree of intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, resilience, integrity and initiative
- Clear, logical and persuasive communication skills with an ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to retain and implement a specific sales methodology
